What constitutes nail and mail to an individual in the case where the said individual resides in one of two garden apartments and the summons may have been affixed to the outside door which leads to the two apartments one downstairs (defendant's residence) and one upstairs with its own separate entrance way. In other words can you affix the summons and complaint to the outside door where the elements may tamper with the document... or does the service have to be done inside the proper apartment door... Also is service at the place of business or job site an issue? Should the process server have tried to find where the defendant works and served her there? You ought to allow people to upload documents to show you what is going on with their particular issue.
